Hello!
I’M ROBYN
My name is Robyn and for years I experienced a life stifled by negative inner self talk. I constantly told myself “you are not loveable.”
This inner toxicity plagued my life with suffocating anxiety and depression until one day I decided I wanted MORE out of life.
For over 15 years, I tried therapy, self-help books, and prayer. Though it helped, none of it really worked to help me create the life of peace and calm that I wanted.

And it wasn’t until I decided that I could tell myself a different story about myself and my life that everything changed.
Today, I’m free from the 11 prescription medications that I was taking every day and I’ve lost the weight that I thought I’d never lose (70 lbs. to be exact).
I’ve also freed myself from the depression and the nagging anxiety.
I want the same for you/other Christian women too.
That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to helping other women let go of what is holding them back so they can live in freedom and fulfillment without taking 15 years to get there.
As a certified life coach, mentor, and motivational speaker, I combined proven techniques into a 3-month S.O.A.R. program for women.
Through the methodology I use in S.O.A.R., I’ve been able to empower women to quickly transform their lives to be free from self-imposed limitations and finally have the confidence to run toward everything they desire.
I am also a woman of faith, a friend, an outdoor enthusiast, and Mom to an amazing boy that I adopted at birth. I am a Certified Life Coach, Speaker, Mentor and Overcomer.
